Regulatory Document Creation Customer
Creating IFRA reports, EU Allergens reports and safety data sheets is expensive, time consuming and very complicated. Fraterworks regularly produces these documents for our own products and we are now offering the service to our clients.
For $260 we will prepare and produce an IFRA 51 certificate, EU Allergens report (26 or 82 allergens) and a GHS Safety Data Sheet you can use when shipping your products. You will receive everything you need to correctly label your perfumes for EU and US markets and you can be assured of the correct IFRA safety levels for your own work. We also offer a separate consulting service in which we can pre-screen your formula and detect potential problems in advance of undertaking the work to help you save time if modifications are needed.
Simply purchase this document creation product and we will get back to you with a confidentiality agreement to protect your intellectual property. You sign and return it to us with your formula or GCMS results (for the complex service) and we will do the rest.
Creation of your documents may take up to seven days.
Types of Service
Standard: this is the one most people use and it is for fragrances or cosmetics based on a formula which is presented to us.
Complex: this is for reports based off GCMS results. In the case of the complex document creation you must provide the complete GCMS report to us.

We provide no warranties or guarantees in relation to a document you obtain from us. You purchase and use a document or documents at your own risk. Any implied conditions or warranties are excluded and, to the extent that they cannot be excluded, any liability we have to you or any other person or entity in respect of a document you obtain from us is limited to NZD0.01 (one cent). Note: Wherever you are in the perfumersworld, whether you're a fragrance artisan, hobbyist, perfumer's apprentice or professional looking to buy bulkaroma chemicals, we have what you need — from essential oils and absolutes, to bases, perfume chemicals (synthetics), bottles and more. Nitro Musks
Some of our products may contain small amounts of EU and IFRA compliant musk ketone. We never use musk xylene, musk ambrette or any other prohibited materials.
