Fraterworks Sandexol® is a powerful and radiant sandalwood base which can be used standalone as a one for one replacement for natural sandalwood oil. Sandexol is also perfect for extending sandalwood notes in a fragrance or adding a nuance to a multi-wood fond.
Sandexol® is constructed around natural absolutes and oils in addition to the very latest radiant sandalwood molecules. This is an essential tool for all perfumers, adding beauty and exaltation to your creations. Sandexol® is perfect for creating a luxurious woody foundation for modern gourmand fragrances.
Warning: This is a raw material for the manufacture of perfumes. Do not consume. Do not apply directly to skin. Keep out of reach of children.

General Information
Like most suppliers and makers of quality raw materials for fragrances, we do not filter many of our products. This ensures that no odiferous matter is lost prior to use but can result in the appearance of small particles or slight clouding.
All alcoholic fragrances should be macerated for up to a month and then chilled in a moderate freezer overnight before being filtered fine. This will remove all cloudiness or detritus and is the industry norm.

I was expecting a ultra radient and sheer wood, but instead I got a creamy easy wearing sandalwood note, the creaminess of this base for me is its standout feature, when blended with the saffron attar which also contains sandalwood, and with oud intense it gives an impression of seminalis by orto parisi, fraterbases really do provide a good framework for perfume creations
I use this in an amber sandalwood perfume and it does an excellent job.
I feel like every modern perfume uses this… To show you what I mean, go to the nearest Ulta store and smell a random perfume. You will definitely find a similarity between that and this.
Smell heavenly. good fixative.
This works great for helping me stretch my mysore..I can make 25 ml of Mysore into 35ml..and you can't tell anything was added..excellent and a great money saver..great to add with Dreamwood.

Nitro Musks
Some of our products may contain small amounts of EU and IFRA compliant musk ketone. We never use musk xylene, musk ambrette or any other prohibited materials.
