    Named after the great 18th century naturalist who discovered the flower, Gardenia J. Ellis is a profoundly beautiful representation of the full flowering majesty of one of the most beloved flowers.

    Lactonic, sweet, green and strikingly true to life, this is the finest gardenia base on the market today. Traces add creamy elegance to any multiflor while an overdose gives you a hyper-realistic floral heart.

    General Information

    Like most suppliers and makers of quality raw materials for fragrances, we do not filter many of our products. This ensures that no odiferous matter is lost prior to use but can result in the appearance of small particles or slight clouding.

    All alcoholic fragrances should be macerated for up to a month and then chilled in a moderate freezer overnight before being filtered fine. This will remove all cloudiness or detritus and is the industry norm.

    I am completely in love! This smells exactly like my gardenias when they’re in bloom. Smooth, creamy, radiating floral elegance in a bottle. Noticeable even in small amounts. There’s a reason why this is currently sold out! I am also so impressed by my experience as a new Fraterworks customer. Incredibly accurate descriptions, IFRA limits are listed for every product, well packaged fast and free shipping, and great customer service!

    I love this base. Not only is it a very good gardenia reconstruction by itself, I've found it to be quite versatile for using in multi-floral compositions. It blends readily with other floral notes without overly dominating or clashing.

    White flower reigns supreme

    Havent smelled gardenia before, I only had experience with variousspecialty recreations.
    ...then after smelling this a whole new gate opened to a rich and infinite olfactive universe, They tell you to create your own scent vocabulary and enlarge it and it will make you a better nose. Sorry, no vocabulary exists do define this. You would need a whole library hypertexted with associations and feelings invoked by this simple little wonder.

    Amazing Gardenia

    Gardenia is one of the silent flowers, which is almost impossible to obtain naturally. This one smells just like the real Gardenia, a fantastic base from Fraterworks! Love it alone or as a part of a more complex blend!
