Orders over these values qualify for free shipping. Orders under these thresholds ship at a flat rate, which varies by country and is displayed at checkout.

#Due to current courier constraints in parts of the Middle East, free shipping is currently available from US$500 for Bahrain, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen. Other Middle East destinations qualify from US$250.
Fulfilment Details
We aim to fulfil all orders within one business day. Some very large orders, orders placed just before the weekend (New Zealand time), and orders placed during Christmas or Easter may take slightly longer.
We ship by courier, primarily FedEx and DHL, to most countries. Deliveries typically take 2–4 days to North America and slightly longer to the United Kingdom, Europe, and the rest of the world. New Zealand and Australian deliveries are normally 1–2 days.
Free shipping applies to the courier service selected by Fraterworks. Requests for alternative couriers may incur additional shipping charges.
US Tariff-Free Shopping
We value our US customer base, so we are currently paying US tariffs and customs handling charges for you. US customers buying from Fraterworks will have no tariffs added at checkout and no customs charges due on delivery.
That means once you order, you simply wait for your parcel to arrive at your door.
What that means:
• No tariffs or import fees for US customers
• No unexpected charges upon delivery
• Orders continue to arrive quickly and without customer-side customs handling
In short: US Fraterworks orders will continue to be delivered swiftly and without tariffs or customs charges. Shop with confidence knowing there are no hidden fees awaiting you.
*On extremely rare occasions, US Customs may select packages for routine inspection, which may add a day or two to delivery time. This is standard procedure, does not involve any additional charge, and normally does not require customer involvement.
EU VAT & Duty Free Shopping
From 1 July 2026, the European Union is introducing a new customs duty on imported orders with a product value of up to €150, excluding VAT and shipping. For qualifying orders to the European Union and Monaco, Fraterworks will handle this through our courier account so that your parcel can be delivered straight to your door.
For these qualifying EU and Monaco orders:
• VAT is collected at checkout where applicable
• Fraterworks pays the low-value customs duty
• Fraterworks pays the courier processing charges
• Orders should arrive quickly and without customer-side customs handling
This means that you can order in the ordinary way and wait for your parcel to arrive normally without having to deal with customs paperwork or a separate courier payment request.
This service applies only where the order has had VAT collected at the checkout. Higher-value orders, business orders, unusual customs assessments, and destinations outside the European Union and Monaco may still incur VAT, duties, customs charges, or courier processing fees on arrival. These remain the responsibility of the buyer.
Additional Information
US orders incur no customs charges and are delivered straight to the door.
Canada, Mexico, and China orders are unaffected by US tariff changes.
Orders to the United Kingdom, Rest of Europe, and other non-US destinations may incur VAT, duties, customs charges, or courier processing fees on arrival. These remain the responsibility of the buyer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
DHL and FedEx may charge a customs processing fee in some non-US countries. In Europe and Great Britain this can be up to around £25 / €30, and in other places it may be lower or waived.
We currently cannot ship to Russia or Belarus due to courier constraints.
Though shipping may be free, all taxes, customs charges, and duties, if any, remain the responsibility of the buyer unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. We do not offer refunds on parcels that remain unclaimed due to unpaid duties or taxes, or on parcels returned to us without prior consent.
