Copying in the perfume industry is no new thing. Just as every perfume company has their own variant of Aventus these days, the perfumers of the past also made products inspired by their competitors.
Jasmin Blanc (231) of Chuit Naef & Cie so inspired master perfumers of Roure Bertrand that they came up with Jasmin 1109, a wonderful jasmine base with nuances of narcissus that would go on to become wildly popular and feature in the some of the greatest fragrances. Bernard Chant took the base with him to IFF where he was the head perfumer and used it liberally and often.
Jasmin 1109 was used in Aramis (9% along with 23 natural oils and absolutes!), Calandre, Miss Dior (16%) and so many more. And now it can be used in your fragrances. Jasmin 1109 in its original form is IFRA compliant and so we present it to you completely unaltered.
Appearance: Pale yellow liquid

General Information
General Information
Like most suppliers and makers of quality raw materials for fragrances, we do not filter many of our products. This ensures that no odiferous matter is lost prior to use but can result in the appearance of small particles or slight clouding.
All alcoholic fragrances should be macerated for up to a month and then chilled in a moderate freezer overnight before being filtered fine. This will remove all cloudiness or detritus and is the industry norm.
