    Reseda is an unusual floral note that was far more popular in the past than it is today. And for that reason it deserves a renaissance! Fleur De Reseda (also known as Mignonette) is fruity and floral whilst having a striking green heart. Its sweet strawberry nuances make it perfect to add character to a contemporary gourmand fragrance.

    First cultivated in England during the mid-18th century, mignonette quickly became a popular scent amongst the well-to-do. If you are looking for the "next big thing" or just want a striking and unusual note to make your fragrance stand out, look no further than Fraterworks Fleur de Reseda.

    General Information

    Like most suppliers and makers of quality raw materials for fragrances, we do not filter many of our products. This ensures that no odiferous matter is lost prior to use but can result in the appearance of small particles or slight clouding.

    All alcoholic fragrances should be macerated for up to a month and then chilled in a moderate freezer overnight before being filtered fine. This will remove all cloudiness or detritus and is the industry norm.

    Beautiful, radiant

    I have written a good deal on BN over the summer- I’ll start back again soon- I absolutely adore Jamie’s bases- Fleur de Reseda is provokingly beautifully. All of the bases are very natural to me( and I own 100’s of eos and absolutels) but the part that keeps me coming back- the ease of use- it is easy to make something useable and dare I say , professional just adding a little bit of his bases. Or I can use any of the many many reconstructed formulas that are offered here.
    This base is ethereal, penetrating, gorgeous. Start low because it has power , but different amounts have different effects within the same formula.

    Mignonette

    I was looking for Réséda to recreate vintage fragrances and I found this website.
    It's a goldmine for nostalgic scents.
    This base is very nice, floral, fruity and green at the same time.
    Not a floral you see everyday. I like it a lot.
