Amazonia™ is unspoiled nature distilled. It is the scent of rushing water, wild jungles, untrodden earth and fresh air. It is a boat ride down the Amazon river. If Werner Herzog's masterpiece Fitzcarraldo had a scent, this would be it.
Constructed around a combination of radiant and ultra-modern molecules (including Firmenich's Cascalone®), there is nothing old school about Amazonia™; this is pure modernism.
Use it as a completed scent with just a touch of musk added, or embellish it with woody molecules and a touch of floralisation as seen in our demonstration formula, Waterfall, below.
Amazonia™ blends extraordinarily well with Jasmolactone® Delta, Jasmin Fleurs, Aetoxylon Oil, Orcanox™ and Gardenia J. Ellis.
Demonstration Formula Details
Waterfall, a short demonstration formula, combines a simplified Grojsman accord with Cedramber® for a sheer wood effect, while Helional® extends and enhances the freshness of an overdose of Amazonia™. A light touch of Gardenia and Champaca Red Absolute adds an exotic floral nuance while MANE's Orcanox adds radiance and longevity and an incredibly modern ambergris note.

General Information
General Information
Like most suppliers and makers of quality raw materials for fragrances, we do not filter many of our products. This ensures that no odiferous matter is lost prior to use but can result in the appearance of small particles or slight clouding.
All alcoholic fragrances should be macerated for up to a month and then chilled in a moderate freezer overnight before being filtered fine. This will remove all cloudiness or detritus and is the industry norm.

It is a versatile too to base note material! Can form a very good back bone for my recipe and love it so much I repurchased again! Love it
Brilliant fresh note. In its power and pungency, it has something of the saw-edge quality of woody amber materials like karanal, amber xtreme etc, which have become almost a defining element in modern concepts of freshness. More especially it reminds me of Galbex 185, a Firmenich speciality no longer listed. Firmenich offered a demo formula in combination with bergamot and cedarwood which I tried out, and it gave an excellent result. So I may try Amazonia in that accord, and also with the other suggested materials like the Fraterworks Gardenia base. Looking forward to using this product.
Amazonia is a very interesting formula of notes. I think it can work in a huge variety of styles. From Greens, woods to florals and fruits. Just adding a dash to my 'Cologne' type formula lends a beautiful airiness to the top as well as depth to the middle and base. I think this could be used to give a lovely lift to darker, amber-type fragrances too.
I was immediately intrigued by Amazonia and boy oh boy did it not disappoint! Fresh, marine, complex!

Nitro Musks
Some of our products may contain small amounts of EU and IFRA compliant musk ketone. We never use musk xylene, musk ambrette or any other prohibited materials.
