    Aldehone Extra is Roure Bertrand Dupont's artistic replica of Aldalia from Chuit Naef & Cie which we also stock. Aldehone Extra combines aldehydes with a fond of delightful floral and wood materials. Beautifully decorated with citrus and luxurious oriental resins, this is a marvel to behold and despite its historic age, is an astonishingly modern base with great potential for a revival today.

    Use our demonstration formula of Nuit de Paris (based loosely on the ideas contained in Soir de Paris) to understand the power of Aldehone Extra or use it as a one for replacer in our formula for 1,000 by Patou for a variation on that same theme.

    General Information

    Like most suppliers and makers of quality raw materials for fragrances, we do not filter many of our products. This ensures that no odiferous matter is lost prior to use but can result in the appearance of small particles or slight clouding.

    All alcoholic fragrances should be macerated for up to a month and then chilled in a moderate freezer overnight before being filtered fine. This will remove all cloudiness or detritus and is the industry norm.
