Aurelione opens with a gentle, powdery warmth that settles into a soft balsamic musk with an intimate, skin-like quality. There is nothing sharp here - just a smooth, enveloping radiance with the faintest animalic whisper beneath. It recalls the warmth of clean skin on a summer evening.
This is a macrocyclic ketone built on a sixteen-membered carbon ring, sold as a mixture of positional isomers including Globanone. At low doses it rounds off floral accords with invisible warmth; push it higher and you get a clean, billowing fabric-softener effect. It particularly excels at enhancing floral notes - experienced perfumers note it outperforms its close relative Globanone in this regard.
Try Aurelione at 1-5% to give florals a gentle halo of warmth and persistence. In musky skin scents, push it well above 10% for full effect - it can handle overdose gracefully. Combine it with other macrocyclic musks and lactones for complex, layered musk accords that never turn harsh.

Like most suppliers and makers of quality raw materials for fragrances, we do not filter many of our products. This ensures that no odiferous matter is lost prior to use but can result in the appearance of small particles or slight clouding.
All alcoholic fragrances should be macerated for up to a month and then chilled in a moderate freezer overnight before being filtered fine. This will remove all cloudiness or detritus and is the industry norm.
