    Under the beating desert sun the frankincense tree exudes its sweet gum so revered it was offered as one of the Magi's gifts to Christ. For millennia this precious resin has been used in religious sacraments and ceremonies and blended with sweet oils to make fragrances for royal courts. If heaven were scented, this would be that scent.

    Olibanum Coeur begins as pure olibanum resin and through the mastery of modern molecular science is distilled to its purest heart. This is the most sublime extraction of the Frankincense tree on the market today. It can be used one for one anywhere olibanum gum, resinoid and absolute are used.

    This is a pure and natural material and complies with ISO 9235. It is a viscous liquid but pourable at room temperature.

    General Information

    Like most suppliers and makers of quality raw materials for fragrances, we do not filter many of our products. This ensures that no odiferous matter is lost prior to use but can result in the appearance of small particles or slight clouding.

    All alcoholic fragrances should be macerated for up to a month and then chilled in a moderate freezer overnight before being filtered fine. This will remove all cloudiness or detritus and is the industry norm.
