Eucalyptus citriodora delivers a striking opening punch that smells like fresh-crushed citronella leaves dipped in rose petals. The citronellal-dominant profile gives way rapidly to citronellol's soft floralcy, revealing a dewy rose heart. The drydown settles into a sweet, almost balsamic finish without the camphoraceous medicinal notes typical of other eucalyptus species.
This oil serves two distinct purposes in your perfumer's organ. First, it provides unparalleled naturalistic lift to synthetic rose accords. Second, it anchors fleeting citrus top notes, extending lemon perception well into the heart.
Blend citriodora with terpinyl acetate to soften its aldehydic bite into sophisticated cologne territory. Pair it with rhodinol ex geranium or geraniol ex palmarosa to reinforce the rosy facets, or use cedarwood and vetiver to exploit its balsamic undertones.

General Information
General Information
Like most suppliers and makers of quality raw materials for fragrances, we do not filter many of our products. This ensures that no odiferous matter is lost prior to use but can result in the appearance of small particles or slight clouding.
All alcoholic fragrances should be macerated for up to a month and then chilled in a moderate freezer overnight before being filtered fine. This will remove all cloudiness or detritus and is the industry norm.
