This LMR produced petitgrain oil terpeneless (Petitgrain Oil Tpls.) is hands-down the finest example of the material we have ever experienced. It isn't just slightly better — it is leaps and bounds ahead of the competition. This is so good it could pass for neroli oil with just a few small tweaks.
W. A. Poucher uses this formula to convert Petitgrain Oil Tpls. into a neroli substitute with just four materials:
800g Petitgrain Oil Tpls.
100 Nerol Extra
90 Neroli Oil Tunisia
10 Aldehyde C-10, 10% in Petitgrain Oil Tpls.
This deterpinated oil consists mainly of linalool, alpha-terpineol, linalyl acetate, geraniol, nerol and their esters.
Petitgrain oil terpeneless finds use in all manner of fragrances but it is especially useful in heavy oriental types where it can convey a wonderful freshness in the midst of rich resins and sweet materials.

General Information
General Information
Like most suppliers and makers of quality raw materials for fragrances, we do not filter many of our products. This ensures that no odiferous matter is lost prior to use but can result in the appearance of small particles or slight clouding.
All alcoholic fragrances should be macerated for up to a month and then chilled in a moderate freezer overnight before being filtered fine. This will remove all cloudiness or detritus and is the industry norm.
